It is definitely fall. The sun sets a little earlier, the mornings seem a little darker, and we all prepare for ten more months of winter.

Ok, maybe it is not that bad, but on some cool October mornings it feels like it.

Are you one of the people who dreads winter? I still remember coming home in the cold and dark from school, and thinking this will never end…

So what hope can I hold out, have I learned anything that can help? I did buy one of those $300.00 light bulbs (they have gotten a lot cheaper) to help reduce SAD. (seasonal affective disorder) I am trying not to binge on carbs, and lastly, remember May is coming!
