Wayne Pratt, Certified Life Coach
In looking at my career of over twenty years of consulting, I realize I have been coaching since before it was called coaching.
Regardless of what you call it, the goal is the same. Help the client get themselves from where they are to where they want to be.
One thing I have learned, however, is that our job is not to advise.
Our role is to draw out what the client wants, help them develop action steps to get them there while making them aware of roadblocks and obstacles which may have stopped or slowed their achievements.
How do I know being coached will be helpful to you? Two sessions usually tells the tale. Either you have a clearer understanding of what you want to achieve and what you believe it takes to get there, or perhaps coaching is not for you.
To help you decide if you will benefit from the process, I am giving away five free introductory sessions per month.
So if you qualify, your only risk is fifty minutes of your time.

I entered into Wayne’s program as a skeptic. I felt that I pretty much knew what my goals were and how to get there. I was wrong!
Wayne truly listened to me, and understood what I was saying. Then he helped me to more clearly define my goals, and to prioritize them in an effective way.
By making me really think about where I want to go and what I can do to get there in concrete terms, he has helped me to gain insight into what steps I need to take to reach each of my goals.M.A. Bell
I always look forward to my sessions with Wayne. I schedule them for early in the morning, and they set me up for the day!
They always leave me feeling motivated and happy, with a smile that lasts all day long.Mary Colebourne
