This blog post I have earned at a price. If you know me, you know my brain is always whizzing somewhere, I am not what you would call a methodical thinker. And I was always surrounded with half baked and half completed projects. Thanks to a man named David Sweet, a productivity coach and friend of mine, I learned the power of 10-10. Ten to 15 minutes in the morning deciding what I wanted out of the day, what I had to do, who I had agreed to see. And if I was being reflective, did this list get me closer to what I wanted to achieve in the bigger picture? Then 10 minutes after supper to evaluate the day, and to hold my self accountable to what had been achieved, and if not, why not. Try it for thirty days-let me know what you find. Till we chat again,
