There is a fair amount of information floating around about “Success Coaching”. My Brother, who is a pastor, says the growth in interest is simply because some people who don’t go to church, still want a sermon. I have some opinions/suggestions which may or may not fit you. 1. Never hire a broke Success Coach. 2. Never hire someone you don’t like. (seems obvious, but some coaches think they are drill Sargent s) 3. If they don’t hold you accountable you are merely renting a friend. A great article I found on coaching, I recommend: http://hbswk.hbs.edu/archive/4853.html]]>
Never Hire a Broke Success Coach

Blogging is healthy Wayne. Keep up the great work!
“Never hire a broke Success Coach” – that’s going into my personal collection of too-seldom-heard truisms, right beside “Never confuse motion with action” and “Give your children enough money to do something, but not enough to do nothing” (maybe a post on this last one would be an idea for you?) …
Keep up the good work, Wayne – I always look forward to your posts.
Oh, and you’re starting to come up in my Google alerts quite regularly now!
