What do you do when things go wrong? I know it seems ironic, but coaches and motivators can have bad days. The key is what do when those days hit. The key is how do you keep them from becoming bad weeks or bad months. I think the biggest difference is a long term focus, and specifically a focus on your goals. This should make the setbacks seem less fatal. I think you would be wise to develop the medium term goal period. That is one to five years, If I could be more specific, 12 to 18 months. Here is where the heavy lifting is done. Most of us get through our days, but planning, shaping the bigger picture rarely get done in the hubbub of our day. So if today seems bleak, be gentle with yourself, and look to the future. Till we chat again,   Wayne]]>
