I Incorporated a company last week, Motive8U Inc. That is maybe not that interesting, but what is at least amusing, is that twenty years ago I incorporated Motive8Me Inc. It has taken twenty years to go from Me to U!

I do hope I am a little wiser because of the journey. Then, I thought the goal was using public speaking to inform and equip. It turns out the real goal is listening to where people think they are and learning where they want to be!

On that note, I hope you have done some thinking during this pandemic about your purpose and your strengths and how they interact with your world to make your life all you want instead of feeling it is the best you can do under the circumstances.
