Within a couple of weeks, we will be in the new normal, whatever that is.

There will be a real desire to “return”. May I suggest unless you have a specially tricked-out DeLorean, (if you are a millennial, Google it) the past isn’t coming back, nor should it!

We have been in school for the last year with an opportunity to have asked the “big questions”. What am I doing? Why am I here? What do I want? Hopefully, you have started to tease out the answers for yourself. If not, you have truly missed an opportunity. Don’t worry, the universe will keep asking the questions, it is just that answering sooner is less painful than answering them later.

For me, I learned to slow down a little; if you know me this did not come easily. I spent some time learning the difference between activity and productivity. Hey, I even wanted to meditate fast! My father told me often that life is a movie, so maybe the last year just was developing the back story.

So the question as always is, what do I want, and what will I pay (or give up) to get it? The rest is just drive and focusing on whatever that, that is. Please, please don’t just get back on the merry-go-round without thinking. Chose a different ride!

OK, enough preaching, but I hope you at least think about what might be in front of you. As always, I would love to hear from you, even if we disagree, and if I can, I would love to help.
